Our central location in Stockholm – the Vasastan district close to Odenplan – makes it easy to get here however you’re travelling. You can book a day meeting, a conference with an overnight stay, events, workshops and training sessions. Our conference rooms are also available to rent by the hour. We have everything you need for a successful meeting, event or function.

The charming conference department at Freys Hotel Lilla Rådmannen offers nine unique conference rooms, and no two are the same. Our flexible rooms are designed to suit your agenda, and you enjoy complete privacy whether there are two or 40 people in your group.

You can also book the entire 130 square metre conference floor and hold a meeting, event or function for up to 100 people in exclusive privacy.

Trust is a perfect conference room for a small meeting. Snug, quiet and peaceful. If you have booked a larger conference with us, this room can also be used as a breakout room.

A very popular meeting room on the ground floor, with windows looking onto the quiet Rådmansgatan. Refreshments are served during the day in the lounge just outside.
