Book the entire conference floor

The conference floor comprises two flexible conference rooms, a pleasant lounge for mingling and coffee breaks, and a breakout room. You can easily feel at home here, with everything you need for a successful conference, event or function in exclusive privacy. When booking the entire conference floor you have access to all meeting rooms and public areas. The largest meeting room can accommodate up to 40 people.

We offer competitive rates all year round, On certain Mondays, Fridays and school holidays, you can book a conference at even better rates. All our conference rooms are also available by the hour.

Technical systems
In addition to the standard equipment in our rooms, technical systems are also available to hire. These are subject to availability and need to be booked three days in advance. If you need any other equipment or technology, please contact us to check what is available.

The charming conference department at Freys Hotel Lilla Rådmannen offers nine unique conference rooms, and no two are the same. Our flexible rooms are designed to suit your agenda, and you enjoy complete privacy whether there are two or 40 people in your group. You can also book the entire 130 square metre conference floor and hold a meeting, event or function for up to 100 people in exclusive privacy.

Motivation is a colourful room on an upper floor. Outside the meeting room is a light, welcoming lounge where refreshments are served during conference breaks.

Flexibility is a modern room that’s ideal for training sessions. Refreshments are served in the cosy lounge just outside.

Trust is a perfect conference room for a small meeting. Snug, quiet and peaceful. If you have booked a larger conference with us, this room can also be used as a breakout room.

A very popular meeting room on the ground floor, with windows looking onto the quiet Rådmansgatan. Refreshments are served during the day in the lounge just outside.
